Sorbus Pseudohupehensis ‘Pink Pagoda’

Sorbus pseudohupehensis ‘Pink Pagoda’ is an attractive deciduous ornamental tree valued for its finely divided foliage, delicate white spring flowers and unusual rose-pink berries. It is an excellent choice for lawns, mixed borders, smaller gardens and specimen planting.

The tree produces attractive pinnate green leaves, creating a light and airy canopy through the growing season. In autumn, the foliage develops rich shades of purple and orange-red, providing a striking seasonal display.

In spring, clusters of white flowers appear amongst the fresh foliage, creating an attractive contrast and providing a useful source of nectar for bees and other pollinating insects.

The flowers are followed by distinctive clusters of rose-pink berries, which add further colour and interest later in the year and can provide a valuable food source for birds.

With its colourful autumn foliage and unusual pink berries, ‘Pink Pagoda’ makes an excellent feature or specimen tree, providing interest across several seasons.

Plant in full sun or partial shade in fertile, well-drained soil. With its delicate flowers, vibrant autumn colour and attractive rose-pink fruit, Sorbus ‘Pink Pagoda’ is a beautiful choice for adding colour and seasonal interest to the garden.
