We inspect and pack each plant with care with experienced staff at the nursery. Sometimes mistakes can happen either at packing or in transit.

If you are not satisfied or your order is not correct, you need to notify us with picture evidence withing 48 hours of receiving your order and email to: sales@farlowfarmnursery.co.uk.

In the event of plants being returned, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the carriage of the complete order back to our nursery for an inspection prior to any refund given out. We are practical people and will try our best to work out a sensible and reasonable solution to any problems or issues.

If you decide to cancel your order prior to dispatch no cost will be taken, however if plants have already been dispatched then unfortunately the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. You will need to notify us in writing with a reason to: sales@farlowfarmnursery.co.uk

Plants are a living thing, so sizes are approximate due to growing seasons and growth rates. We endeavor to do our best at trying to supply plants within the specification as listed.

In the event of crop failure or poor growth, we reserve the right to offer you a close alternative wherever possible – we will, however, always liaise with you first.

Plants should always be unpacked on the same day as delivery and care be taken as on the plant care information which will arrive with your order.
