About Us

Farlow Farm Nursery are a family run business which was established in 1974, on a forty acre area growing forestry transplants.

At a young age Mark starting working along side his father Gerald helping grow forestry trees. At the age of fourteen Mark started to grow his own heathers and alpines and soon joined the business after leaving school.

After leaving work in 1990 Tess then joined Mark to work along side him in the nursery.  Then when Ben and Dan came along, they started helping from a young age. Ben has now joined full time after studying horticulture at Pershore college. Ben’s partner Sarah has now joined the team to work in the nursery.

The Link family have grown the business to a forty acre site producing all types of hedging plants, shrubs, trees, rhododendrons, perennials and heathers. Thirty five acres of field production producing bare root trees and conifers up to four meters. Five acres of container production producing two hundred and fifty thousand container grown plants from a two litre to a forty five litre pot. We are situated on the slopes of the Clee hill 800 feet above sea level in south Shropshire close to the Worcestershire and Herefordshire borders.
